We've changed Chernarus
Chernarus has been the same since we started playing the DayZ mod many years ago. We decided it was time to try something new. The tier map has been completely reworked and the coastline is no longer for freshies.
Our goal is to provide a unique experience for our players, so we craft mods custom to our server. We've startedd with some basics, but have many planned for the future! Check the Discord for more information. We also acknowledge that there are many great DayZ mods provided from the community like Expansion and Base Building plus! We're putting those to good use.
Looting a keycard will grant you access to a locked room containing crates of rare loot. Collect all 12!
Hunt for materials to craft a sleeping bag. When placed, use it as a respawn point after death.
Our stash mod provides supplemental loot opportunities in various areas of the map. Important items can be found here!
Collect PC parts to begin bitcoin mining in your own base. Some vendors will only accept bitcoin as payment.

We've tried to combine the perfect blend of vanilla DayZ with more pvp centric features. Custom crafting recipes will be a big part of the experience in the future.. stay tuned!
The only fair PVP experience is forcing first person. As much as we love the features that 3P brings, it just isn't going to work.
With the availability of third party apps that will add a crosshair to your game, we just want it to be fair for everyone. Ultra enables crosshairs by default.
We feel this is just necessary in DayZ.

Loot tables have been customized. You should find items more often.

A total of 12 locked rooms can be found throughout Chernarus. Loot them from heli crashes, trains, airdrops, and stashes. Careful, the alarm can be heard from 3km away!
Extraction points on the map bring you to a globally shared safe area. We built our safe zone to be extra safe. You should never be thrown out in to danger when leaving.
Secret locations to find extra and important loot. They can be found anyhwere, but mainly in military zones.
